SPRING ROLLS BY CHINH
> For 20 spring rolls :
1 small portion of pork
20 Rice paper
Garlic, chili, fish sauce
Herbs: mint, coriander
> Sauce :
Fish sauce (1 spoon)
Sugar (2 spoons)
Rice vinegar (1 spoon)
Water (5 spoons) and 1 lemon + a bit salt
Minced garlic, chili and carrot
Preparation of the recipe :
1. Preparation of spring rolls :
Boil shrimp 5 min, then cut in half
Boil pork 10 min, then cut into slices
Cut carrot, cucumber and mango, pineapple into long and thin slice
Put all the ingredients above with rice noodle on rice paper
Roll the paper rice
2. Preparation of the sauce
Mix vigurously all ingredients from the sauce
Dip your spring rolls in the sauce and enjoy
